Howard responded very quickly (about 12 hours) to my request for repair to a toilet that won't flush properly. After listening to my description of the problem, he suggested a fix that I could try myself to save the time and cost of having his crew come out, and then to "call him in the morning." If the quick fix didn't work, he offered to send a truck out (even on a Saturday) to take a look at it.
