Plumbers were very professional. The work was done very efficiently.
This job has not been completed as yet. HFM can be tough to get a hold off. You may have to call a couple of times before you get a return phone call. Howard & his assistant personally inspected what had to be done and took very detailed notes. The notes did not get communicated to the guys that actually did the work. So the came in asking what had to be done. From the time of the inspection, prior to Christmas - it has taken over a month to get the job started. Although we are not quite done with the work, up to this point we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the unusually courteous manner of this contractor. I would highly recommend HFM.
Howard is currently doing some work for me and everything has been excellent. I glad I waited to get his proposal, he was able to do exactly what I wanted and he pointed me in the correct direction. He is doing some floor sanding in my Apt. building and my tenants had only good things to say about him. I'm having some floor tile and bath tile work to be done soon. I'll let you know how it goes. So far.. very good!
HFM provides quality work at a reasonable price. They were helpful, hardworking and above all they did what they said they would at the price they quoted. A first-rate experience. We recommend them without reservation.
