As a person, we liked Howard very much. He returns your phone calls and really does listen to you. Not to mention his incredible sense of humor. Our bathroom was finished in December of 2004. It looks nice but we have some concerns regarding our grout and caulking.
Howard and his team were always very professional in both their work and their approach to how problems were handled.
Howard upcharged by $100. His men were not able to quote a price or provide a bill at the time of service. I was quoted a price of $100 or less for the job & the bill that followed was $195. He was not able to provide a breakdown of charges & claimed to be "computer illiterate". This seems odd to me b/c I found him via the internet. I would never use Howard's services or recommend him to anyone simply b/c of the "sneaky" way he does business.
Mr. Molen's firm was highly professional, courteous and accommodating. His staff was highly competent and very accommodating and did everything possibile to minimize the time we were without a bathroom, as we have only a one bathroom apartment.
Howard and staff were very professional and prompt in doing my bathroom. The tile floor they put down is just beautiful excellent job. Would recommend very highly
HFM Company did an excellent job on my basement. I would entrust them with any project needed done in my home.
