Workmanship was very good. They provided a good, quality level of detail but did not specifically follow my specific details. All good contractor's were extremely busy at the time, and they said they could start sooner than they really could.
They say that there are three aspects to a job: quality, price, and speed, and that you can have the best of any two, but not all three. In this case, I was satistified with the price, and with the ultimate quality, but the extreme slowness of the project was very frustrating. Some of this was because there turned out to be extra problems, but most of it was that the contractor was working on so many other jobs in concert with mine. I am extremely pleased with HFM. Their communication was excellent, the contractor was never tardy, the workmanship was impeccable, and the price was very competitive, especially given the quality of work. I am using HFM again to install my kitchen cabinets, appliances, and plumbing. Highly recommended!
