Professional and orderly staff. Offered a start time that matched my needs and insured job was done to my satisfaction before they moved on to the next job.
HFM did excellent work. They were efficient, responsive and very professional. They began the project when they said they would and were very sensitive to my time constraints. Although the project took a bit longer than estimated, I was completely satisfied with the job they did.
HFM did a great job on my total bathroom remodel - gutted the old bathroom and they built a new tile shower with tile floor, installed new fixtures etc. Also added overhead lights/fans - new electric to entire two bedroom apartment. The guys were very professional and polite - and great craftsmen - they took great care to not cause any more damage than was necessary. Great guys to work with, incredibly responsive and flexible, pricing was fair, and the work was completed quickly and satisfactorily
They were courteous, professional and came in exactly on budget. They showed up on time and did a great job. It wasn't a big or terribly expensive job, but they treated it with the same care as if it were.
Excellent work, very nice workmen. A bit scatterbrained about the paperwork, and not fully communicative about what it was going to wind up costing.
