Someone better check into the staff in the ER a lot of people are saying how disrespectful they are how time after time their children were turned away even tho their moms knew something was really wrong with their child. A mother knows when their child is sick and to second guess them is so disrespectful. After seeing all the moms posts I will never bring my child there😡

This is the most terrible and disgusting hospital in the area! You go there and they act like you’re burdening them with your illness when it’s literally their job to help you! So many people have suffered unnecessary pain because of this place and it does not deserve to be an operating emergency hospital. I suggest you take your ailments elsewhere if you don’t want it to get worse. TO BE CLEAR THIS IS MOSTLY DIRECTED TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND ITS STAFF!! The women’s health center and maternity center have always treated me ... read more

saw a post about a child that could have died in your care had the mother not brought her son to umass because she knew you people were not attentive and uncaring. youre a hospital get it together before a child does die because your staff arent serious in their work.

A child almost died because the staff refused to check his vitals and told his mother he was fine even know he was dehydrated, projectile vomiting, his blood was at 37, he had a high fever, and couldn’t stay awake 😡

my nephew was denied care because "he looked fine" and the nurses "highly doubted" the symptoms being explained. at UMass he was treated for extreme dehydration and hypoglycemia. he will never be brought back there.

Waited almost 2 hrs to be seen, they had no problem doing a wallet biopsy on me for the $100 copay though. The ER staff is rude, radiology and registration were very pleasant. Not our first experience with this ER staff being rude to patients . It’s a convince having a small hospital in the area but this small group of people are doing their damndest to make people go elsewhere .
