Honestly if you have the choice, don't go here. Terrible client experience and they don't update you on anything. You would think appointment reminders would be standard, not here. Don't really understand that, even my cat's vet gives reminders

RecommendedPeople there CARE. Doreen and I got our second Covide-19 shot yesterday. From the time we left the car to return it was less than 1/2 hour (included 15 minute wait after the shot). Heywood Hospital, Mercy Family, and the volunteers should be very proud of the professional setup and speed in which the shots were given and recorded. Maybe the governor's staff needs to hire you all to show them how to REALLY care for people by being VERY efficient and VERY professional and above all YOU CARE for our well being!

I have had many trips and stays at Heywood Hospital in the last couple of months! Each and every time I was in the ER to impatient on Watkins 1 and 2 the staff went above and beyond with the care they gave me! Doctor Havlin is beyond an amazing doctor and so glad he is part of the Heywood Family and my doctor ☺️

Twice during the pandemic I brought my niece to the ER for leg injuries. Both times we were in and out . One of the nurses actually remembered her from the first time! I thank you all for your hard work keeping up with this mess we are in !! Keep up the good work and stay safe !

Pray you are not in need of an urgent surgical procedure when Heywood Hospitals surgeons aren’t on call/available. The outside company the use for STAT surgeries is horrifying. My grandmother went in 2 days before Xmas for upper quadrant pain which radiated to her back with nausea and vomiting. She described it as discomfort. the worst emergency room in the world , service very slow and after 5 hours i have been waiting i went to talk to can dis charge me with out treatment at all and they call the security to scare me very bad treating !!
