Waited almost 2 hrs to be seen, they had no problem doing a wallet biopsy on me for the $100 copay though. The ER staff is rude, radiology and registration were very pleasant.Not our first experience with this ER staff being rude to patients . It’s a convince having a small hospital in the area but this small group of people are doing their damndest to make people go elsewhere .

RecommendedI had my part of my thyroid removed yesterday. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience, from the surgical day staff and Doctors to the nurses and CNAs on Watkins 2 . The staff on Watkins 2 was excellent and attentive especially when I woke up at 3 am in horrible pain and the nurse took time to sit with me and make sure I was ok . Thank you Heywood Hospital

Employees could understand their own hospital's policies. If I bring my son in on an emergency call and you take an xray then you can have a radiologist read it within a reasonable amount of time like my local urgent care. You could get my sons name correct after being corrected several times. I have yet to see the radiologist report 4 months later. All of these things are reasonable requests that you completely failed to accomplish yet you expect me to pay your obscene bill.
Looking through reviews and seeing they respond to good ones but never answer bad ones - do something about this.
