RecommendedI went in for my 5,000 mile service and a couple of issues. I was greeted by my advisor immediately as exiting in truck. She was awesome from beginning to delivery process. She addresses my issues with concern and kept me updated throughout the visit. I will definitely be using this service center and buy my next Tacoma here as well. Most professional Toyota store I have found from service to sales.
RecommendedAlthough I live in Lawrenceville, I choose to take my cars to Heyward Allen for regular maintenance. I prefer the more personal attention I get at a smaller dealership. Overall I have been very satisfied with my experience there over the past three years or so.

RecommendedHad an accident on Saturday that damaged a tire so that it was unrepairable. I called Heyward Allen service and got Jason. I was able to take the car to them that day. It was a busy Saturday; but Jason was courteous, answered questions, and explained options. I was on my way again in a reasonable time with new tires and my oil changed that I’d planned to schedule for next week completed. Thank you, Jason.
