I ordered a load of wood. Scheduled the delivery for a Saturday and received a confirmation. On the Saturday they were to deliver the wood I decided to call and see when they would make the delivery. I was informed they don't deliver on Saturdays. The owner did deliver the wood. The issue is the wood appears it isn't dry. Not able to get a fire started with the wood that was delivered. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! They came in and got the work done in one day, mind you the tree we needed taken down was HUGE!!! They did it safely and efficiently! I am so thoroughly impressed with their work and I will gladly recommend them to anybody looking for this service.
We called Hey Tree Service to remove a couple large trees and trim a few others on our property out at Woodhaven Lakes. They were outstanding. It worked out that they could provide the service the same day we called (so convenient!). Everyone from start to finish was professional, friendly and they worked beautifully as a 'team'. They said would show up on a certain date. No show No call! You don't want to do the job shouldn't tell someone you do and not show or call. Poor customer service
