Took 1.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation then charged me 40 more then quoted and basically pretended like they couldn't do anything about it.not myn1st experience here with heskis playing games either. Likely to never return again
The family has been dealing with center 1 and had to schedule an inspection with center 2. Center 1 is absolutely fantastic with communication, on the other hand center 2 had my wife’s car for an inspection and when they finished they NEVER called her to say they had finished!! Not aware that they closed at noon you would think that they would have tried to make contact about the time they closed! I thought that I found a good repair company. Apparently not center 2.
