I have a history of agoraphobia and was informed I needed to go to a dentist urgently. I found Hessel Park online and tried it out. The women at the desk were friendly and my dental hygienist was amazing, but the true beauty of this location lies in Dr. Nielsen. She worked on me all 4 appointments and truly made the experience wonderful. I would trust this woman for all of my dentistry needs in the future and will recommend her to anyone I meet.
My daughter has sensory processing disorder, I didn't make the staff aware, but they handled her like magic. She went in for a filling yesterday and I was a bit worried about her maybe being wiggly, or it being overstimulating, or her getting scared. We can't easily come back from those places. Wonderful dental office! Trisha is an amazing hygienist, and Dr. Nielsen is a great dentist!! Both are very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with!! I would highly recommend!
The staff at Hessel park are all amazing! I needed extensive work - a root canal, 17,534.3 fillings, and two crowns. I broke a tooth and they were able to see me the same day, and are amazing at fitting around my crazy schedule. It's not very often someone can say they miss their dentist office!
Nothing but good things to say about my first experience there! My 3 year old had her very first check up today, and they were great! Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with her! She was patient, calm, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Dr Nielsen also did a great job! It was everything I had hoped her first experience would be! Thank you hessel park team!!
The staff is so nice and patient. Dr. Stevenson is stuck with me and my crazy bite forever!
