Mine Turhan from Comfortable Care Bee Ridge was the worst dentist I’ve ever seen. I waited 40 minutes before being taken back. The Dr. Turhan barely introduced herself when she finally came into the room. Her attitude was rude and impatient and she acted like I was bothering her by being there. I needed a root canal and she was very rough and didn’t seem at all concerned she was causing me severe pain. Dr. Turban is professional, compassionate and understanding. She and the entire staff provide high quality dental care and excellent patient services. Clear treatment plans are explained, scheduled according to patient’s wishes. My dental fears have disappeared with this team?? Highly recommend Dr. Turhan and the services provided by her and her team members.
Never explained what she would be doing. Was very rude and impatient when asking me questions. I almost passed out after the novocane and she didn’t notice or didn’t care and walked away without a word.
I received a bill after paying upfront for my services & after having to take off 2 additional days from work. A crown should take two visits and mine took 4. It was an inconvenience for me and they still expected me to pay despite the doctor saying I wouldn’t have to. The receptionist was very rude. I will be looking for another dentist.
