I’ve had nothing but problems since I walked through the door of this place. I’m going on my 10th appointment for the SAME TOOTH! It started with a filling and now I have a crown that they can’t seem to have fitted right. I’m on my 8th(?) temporary crown now and It’s popped off AGAIN. The first time it popped off was 10 minutes after they put it on. They only offered me a refund after they tried to make me sign a waiver saying I can’t sue them. RecommendedI have a strong phobia of all things dental. Like 30 years of tooth problems, cavities, root canals and extractions and anxiety about all of it - so bad it’s hard to even get out of my car in the parking lot. Dr. Nielsen and team were patient and kind and worked with me to reduce the anxiety as much as possible and come up with reasonable treatment schedules. I have always had bad luck with dentists, but at hessel park family dentistry they are just genuinely nice people also very professional!That really made me have less anxiety about going to the dentist! I would recommend them to everyone!!
Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors are super friendly and make you feel at home! They make you feel super comfortable, and explain everything really well when you have questions. Coming from someone who use to hate going to the dentist, I highly recommend Hessel Park.
This was my second visit to HPFD. It was for 3 cavity’s. I haven’t a cavity in I don’t know how long. They numbed the area’s before the Novocain was administered, which was something they had done before. It was a unexpectedly less painful �. I know now that most, if I not all, dentist use this method. Anyway, it was great visit.
I just think everyone there is so nice. I totally love my hygienist Rebecca. They always make u feel like they care about you.
