RecommendedMy Husband's Orthopedic Dr is very thorough and takes time with him. and the nurses and all the staff is amazing
They were very polite and on top of everything. I didn't have to go through alot of medical jargon to find out what's really going on.
I can't say enough good things about Sentara RMH Joint Program and Dr. Robert Kime. After one night in the hospital, I am home and doing great with a brand new totally replaced knee. Big shout out to the nurses and staff on 4West and the PT and OT departments. Everyone there functioned as a team that made me their priority. Thank you for everything!
Just want to say thanks to Dr. Loveless and the staff at Hess Orthopedics and Valley Outpatient Services. Had knee surgery yesterday and was very impressed with the professional and friendly attitude by the staff and doctors.
This is our second time here. Very friendly staff which makes it less stressful for all involved.
Do not recommend!!!! I experienced a right fibula fracture and an orthopedic referral. One of the most unprofessional, entitled rude doctors I have dealt with. The only option he recommended was an extensive surgical procedure with long recovery. Second opinion - no surgery needed with excellent recovery. I asked for a refund of my copay and it was refused.

Dr. Moorman is awesome. After having been misdiagnosed and then put off 3 times by a doctor at another practice, I am very pleased with the level of care ave professionalism by Dr. Moorman add the staff at Hess Ortho!
