I will be getting my braces on there in a few days and I am very excited to work with Hess Orthodontics over the next 12-15 months. The office is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly (almost annoyingly friendly!). Their office provides amenities such as a teeth brushing station, an arcade, a massage chair, and a really cool hot chocolate maker - just little things that can make your visit more enjoyable. It's just a really nice place and I'm glad that I found them!
Dr. Hess not only has my children's orthodontic health in mind but is also mindful of our budget. He is professional yet still personable. I know that my kids mouths are in the best of hands!
My children are not patients here YET, but i did want to write a public thank you to say WOW! Thank you so much for the gift of $100! I think it is so awsome that you support classroom teachers in this way! I can't tell you how many times I purchased items for my classroom when shopping at Walmart or Publix-usually 30-40 dollars each time. With the money you gave me, I replenished the treasure box, bought some stickers and awards, and even a few craft goodies for the upcoming holiday. Dr. Hess and Staff are amazing. They are professional, caring and prove that suburb customer service still exist. All to much these days that concept has gone out the window. You are always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. My son and I feel like part of the family here. He loves going to his appointments and I enjoy taking him. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hess Orthodontics! From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. I've never had such a welcoming and pleasant experience in any other dental office. The staff is so cheerful and friendly, and Dr. Hess is absolutely brilliant.
