I can say that I have never written a review until today because Hess is the worst office ever. First, they changed the initial treatment plan for my son without telling us after we paid, then they were trying to collect from insurance using the wrong social and admitted it was their fault. They were harassing me saying that we owe $2000 because insurance didn't cover it all because they had the wrong social. Then, corrected that and as far as I knew the insurance paid.
