Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

No, it was fine Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
