Good job and easy
I was not entirely comfortable knowing I had to have a tooth pulled during this time with COVID, but I was in so much pain I needed to have this done. Herzog Dental was great - their protocols for what you needed to do before coming into their office were so good and once inside you were taken in immediately no waiting. All I can say is thank you many times over! All of you are the best! Day after I am pain free and so thankful .
You don't know what to expect when you go to your dentist in the midst of COVID-19, but I shouldn't have been surprised after my visit to Dr. John. His staff was as friendly as ever, and the service was as expected. Sure, there were some changes, but they were all to make it safe for me and the people serving me. And of course, nothing changes.. I still was reminded to floss more. :)

Great! Everything was sanitized and care was put into keeping patient safe.
My care was " as usual' perfect. The system of new protocols for safety was smooth and not distracting from the interactions. The office keeps things as normal as possible considering the long list of changes imposed on the office. The staff kept me focused on my care and dental health.
