Hygienist Kelly is great...very highly skilled, super-sensitive, serious, delightfully pleasant, task directed, patient, informative, comforting, and straightforward. She's one of the best hygienists I've experienced in last five decades. Also, she seems well-suited for the overall feeling and purpose of this particular (Herzog) office, which on all ends appears to have a dedicated and effective staff. I couldn't be more satisfied with Dr. Herzog and his staff. He's very informative and doesn't make you feel like things can't be accomplished without humiliating you. The dental hygienist went over and above the cleaning and made it very easy to understand what was happening and what may be down the road. Would recommend this office to anyone who wants to get back on the road of healthy teeth.
Found everyone there to be very pleasant, was called in to the office in a timely manner and the hygienist was very easy to deal with did s great job. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
I am a complete baby when it comes to anything dental related and specifically needle related. I had to have a temporary crown placed which of course includes numbing with the giant needle of and lots of drilling. Dr. Herzog and his assistant made me feel really comfortable and made the process as painless as possible! was over with quickly and the tooth looks great. I highly recommend coming here if you are in search of a dentist! I moved to Haverhill about a year and a half ago and still travel here for all my dental needs... read more

My first visit to Herzog Dental was pleasant. The staff were excellent, Jill was very nice and did good job with my cleaning and x rays. Dr. Herzog met me, reviewed my x rays and welcomed me as a new patient.
