Immediately, upon my arrival I noticed unfamiliar staff. (hygienist) I remember saying to my self, "OMG, who is that, and please don't let me have her. The unfamiliar hygienist kindly walked over to me and said my name. I said to myself again. "omg, where is my regular hygienist".
