I've belonged to other fitness groups. Herz has so many different ways to get fit and stay healthy. I enjoy the group Cycling, Zumba Gold and Pound classes. The facility is clean and all the equipment in working order. The staff and guests are always friendly. Great changing room and a shower if you need it! Join Herz today; you won't be disappointed!
I love that for an hour every day I get to spend it getting healthier and stronger with a group of amazing, encouraging, positive and beautiful women from all ages, sizes and backgrounds who are all there for the same reason - to feel good about themselves! The relationships I've gained since becoming a member have been crucial to my health, both physically and emotionally, and are irreplaceable. You gain so much from this gym than just a strong body.

My experience here is great so far! Recently joined, and I've been trying out different classes. The entire establishment, including the daycare, is very well kept. So glad to be a member!
Love their holiday Fitness Challenge! The ladies are so encouraging and positive.
I love it here! The ladies are wonderful, motivating and so friendly. They've helped push me and keep me coming back. Also, the child care is wonderful and always very, very clean. Great variety of classes (and instructors) available for every type of fit. And affordable!
