I absolutely LOVE this group of ladies!! I have been empowered not only by the instructors, but also by other members. They are very motivated and accepting to each member. Everyone there encourages me and I have become so much stronger, physically and mentally!! Thank you Herz!!
If you can get past the not-so-welcoming atmosphere, it is ok. I didn't feel to welcomed by some of the instructors as well as some of the "regulars". So will pay my membership fee til it is up and go somewhere else. I don't get into town like I thought I would so I guess I will eat the cost and exercise at home.
