I have tried several gyms in grand island but could never really commit. This gym, their instructors, and the other “Herz Girls” are great motivators. Most of you probably don’t even realize how you inspire me and make me want to be a better and healthier person!

I joined this gym because I like the classes but my work schedule changed so I could no longer attend the classes. That’s pretty much all this gym has to offer they don’t have much to work with as far as equipment goes. I paid my full year and when I went to cancel my membership they want to charge me another month fee. What a joke! I couldn't imagine joining any other gym. I love the atmosphere and the people that truly care to get you to a healthier you. The class options are amazing and there is a variety of equipment to use to meet your needs.
My day begins with my O'Dark Thirty Tribe. It kicks the day off with positivity, sweat and an amazing amount of support. I have the great honor to be able to surround myself with women who push me to be my best, cheer me on when needed and who challenge me to become better daily. The best thing about the Herz Tribe is that there is no stranger, just a new face to embrace.
Each & everyone of the Herz instructors are wonderful ladies! They are all so encouraging & affirming & always make you feel that "you can do this"! I consider them all friends & thankful for other friendships made. I admire you all for your witness to fitness.
I love going to Herz. Their classes and instructors push you to do your best and get out of your comfort zone, which many times I need to do. Even when I haven't been there for a very long time everyone welcomes me back with a smile and open arms.
