Excellent Service, ease of location and quick departure
Amie at customer service in the return area is awesome. She could work for me!!!!
Everything was fine until I got the bill. I had a one day rental from Tampa to Punta Gorda fl. and I returned the car 45 minutes before my 10:55 deadline. The only person working was taking care of another customer and asked if I was picking up or dropping off. I told him dropping off and he said just give me the keys and the milage and you are all set. He obviously set the keys aside and when he checked the car in it was after 1:00 in the afternoon and I was charged for two days. I received my email invoice and called the n... read more
