I left my cell phone in the rental car when I returned it to Hertz at Tampa International. I spoke by phone with someone at the counter who told me my cell phone was there, but I had to fill out a report online in order to have the phone sent back to me. I filled out the form and sent it in and 4 days later there is no mention of the phone in the online lost and found. I have phoned several times to request help, but it seems no one can help me.
