Smooth check in and out even at peak season.
The pickup on different sides of the airport was frustrating. It would have been helpful to know that before I got there. Otherwise, the service was consistent with what I've come to expect from Hertz.

Easy pick up and return! Very nice staff also.
Relatively quick and easy. I'm used to seeing a board with Gold member names to go right to the car but since they don't have exit gate guards you have to stop at the booth. Attendant was nice and quick though.

Easy rental experience
Even though I booked my gold reservation incorrectly, the agent at the fold desk in the lot was awesome and went out of his way to help. And then when I forgot the booster seat... Another agent was waiting to flag is down. Checkout person was very upbeat and smiley! We will be back!
