I arrived late at night and had to search for the rental counter after being given poor directions. I specifically requested the pre-paid fuel option, but it was not added to my contract. As a result, when I returned the vehicle, I had an issue with the half full fuel tank and weather is have to pay $9 per gallon to fill it.
