Helpful staff - trainee did a good job resolving a fuel issue.
Everything was very clean and ran efficiently.
Excellent but needs a gold board so we don't have to stop at counter for keys.
Fast service for vehicle pick-up...rates are high
Our car is always read. The staff is very professional and friendly.
Overall the service was good. The agent did charge us for additional insurance which we declined. After seeing the mistake, we returned to Hertz and another agent was able to correct this charge. The car we received however, did not have a radio and we were not able to use the Bluetooth feature for our phones.
Great people never have an issue.

The rental was efficient, particularly given the carfimation text that send the car and stall information when you land.
