The worst experience renting a car of my life!!! I booked a reservation for a family member flying in for a family emergency and paid for the car with my card on file - I am a Gold card member. They put my cousin on as the primary driver and confirmed my reservation. When he showed up they would not give him the car as he did not book it. Car wash it? Not a clean car
The lady at counter was very nice but mislead about the charges and with the bad rain on today April 30 2016,I was charged too much because I was ten minutes late charged for a hour plus twice for ldw,for ten minutes wouldn't recommend this car rental,I would rather take the mega bus which I also do not like,must be a shareholder's company which only cares about how much money can they swindle.

I had to change my reservation due to a cancelled then rescheduled flight. Customer service was great. The car was clean and a very nice car. I have used Hertz many times and have always had a great experience.
The airport location had a great selection and availability of vehicles. We got the one we wanted. The check out process was super easy. We turned the vehicle in to the Windward Marriott location and Ryan was very courteous and professional. He always very helpful in that part of the process.
