The only issue was that the reservation was made through Expedia and my Hertz Gold Number was left off the reservation. I called your central reservation number and one of your associates said I could go directly to the Gold desk since I was a member. When I got to the Gold dedk I was told I had to return to the main Hertz desk and wait in line. I don't understand why the Hertz Gold desk couldn't perform the same check in as the regular counter. Just a minor frustration.

Quality vehicles, great customer service, competitive rates. Hertz is always my first choice for my car rentals.

Great service! Replaced initial vehicle immediately after finding a problem with the car with no hassle!
Car was clean but passenger side (inside; window button and casing) door was broken which made it difficult to close door.
