I had to change my reservation due to a cancelled then rescheduled flight. Customer service was great. The car was clean and a very nice car. I have used Hertz many times and have always had a great experience.
The airport location had a great selection and availability of vehicles. We got the one we wanted. The check out process was super easy. We turned the vehicle in to the Windward Marriott location and Ryan was very courteous and professional. He always very helpful in that part of the process.
Everything was great but I had asked for a car with NAV and the car assigned didn't have it. I didn't pursue changing cars - I just used my phone.

Welcoming staff and quick service when I arrived at about 12:45 am!

Great facility.....easy check in / check out for gold members.....lots of car choices
In the end the car was great I reallynlike the unlimited miles for one-way travel. Imwas disappointed that my name was not on the list of Gold Member reservations despite reserving with my member number. It added 30 minutes of waiting while other Gold Member who were in the same situation jumped the line.
Service great on phone & in Kansas City. Car in awesome shape!
