Beverly Cordray : Excellent service from day 1 . Delays getting parts due to this Pandemic , no fault of their's . Repairs made promptly as soon as parts arrived . Will continue to use them for all our Paint & Body needs. They went over and beyond my expectations .
I had a special problem when I needed a VAN to rent because I'm a PCA and my disabled people can't get in and out of a regular car very well. Eric took care of me with a very nice Dodge Van that worked out great for the week. Thank you so much Eric! I will add this, that the Body Works did a great job fixing my Toyota van! God is good.......all the time!
I have been trying by phone and email to make contact with them all this week. ALL DAY phone goes to voicemail. Left various messages and sent emails as they request. No response. Finally spoke to someone on Friday evening who called his manager by phone. They were not in the slightest bit interested. I am stuck with a car that an Engineer says I should not drive but can't get it changed. Absolutely ridiculous.
Flew in to Charlotte on Monday 6/26. Very friendly staff.

I added the navigation system to my order as I am not from Texas and had several meetings to attend in various places. The afternoon of my first full day of the rental I'm going down the highway and it shuts down, never to be powered up again. So I'm on a highway in a state I don't know heading to an important meeting and now have no idea where I'm going. It was extremely frightening and I was 30 mins late to my meeting. I call Hertz and get the party line that they will refund my GPS fee but that is all they can do. Hello?!... read more
I left my cell phone in the rental car when I returned it to Hertz at Tampa International. I spoke by phone with someone at the counter who told me my cell phone was there, but I had to fill out a report online in order to have the phone sent back to me. I filled out the form and sent it in and 4 days later there is no mention of the phone in the online lost and found. I have phoned several times to request help, but it seems no one can help me. If one leaves an item in a Hertz rental, they should not expect to ever see that... read more
Rarely if ever do you get the car you book, and if you have to travel more than a mile to the drop-off after filling up the tank for return, expect a HEFTY added charge. In short, dealing with Hertz hurts.
