Easy in easy out. Was offered bottled water. Got directions to the freeway. Clean great place to rent a car.
Nice car friendly staff
It was a little confusing catching the transfer bus to terminal. I didn't realise there were two buses to different terminals. Learnt the hard way!
Solid service
Was provided the stall number when I landed. Car was clean with a full tank of gas and ready to go. Return process took less than 5 minutes. Excellent vehicle and excellent service.
Gold member service was outstanding as usual.
Excellent service staff very friendly and helpful The car was a brand new Elantra and it was super clean rapid return with Gold membership a real plus Thanks Hertz!
