Great guy at booth hertz booth checkout and Romeo at return. Hate the shuttle systems though.

I get awesome service every time!!!
Pick up was smooth and efficient. Only deficits were not being told the price of the pre paid gas, and not being given the complimentary upgrade options. Drop off was a bit slow as there didn't seem to be enough staff, and we had to wait for an agent.
Easy quick and fast.
Car was ready and clean GPS was not good- could not keep up with any change use to closed roads
