Great really enjoyed the experience. Easy and fast
Usually I have a good experience at SEA airport but this time my car was parked in a blocked spot in the far back. Multiple cars were parked behind it and there was a concrete column in front if it. I'm a gold member and this is first time that's ever happened. Had to wait for someone to move them around to get car out. Also the SUV smelled fine when I picked it up but as soon as I parked it outside in sunshine for couple hrs it stunk like rancid milk inside. Great service
Car did not have power locks or posh button key fab. GPS bracket was broken so it always faced the floor. Worst Hertz experience I have had
Car smelled like smoke. Gold canopy wasn't open. No gold line at main desk.
