The staff is rude and they are still charging me more than a week after I dropped it off. I went because of the convenience but next time I will have enterprise pick me up instead. What nightmare trying to get a person on the phone to straighten out the mess they made!!!

When returning my rental car, i asked to use their restroom and denied by the lady behind the desk on 10/11/24. Was told to go to a Wendey's restaurant down the street. How sad is that for a customer. Disappointed

Car was very dirty and smelled like weed. Only 10k miles but looked much older. Won’t use them again.

The worst rental experience I have ever had. Avoid this scam spot at any and all costs, or it will end up costing you a lot more than you were expecting. Just be sure to check all bank statements after returning.

Rented a car paid up front. Hertz called they had no car for me after they took my money. This happen on June 5th 2024 I still don't have my money back. Today is June 23 .18 days still no credit back. on account. How u rent something u did not have. Never go there again.i want my credit back on acct. Barbara Jones

The only place on the planet where you will wait longer than DMV OR SOCIAL SECURITY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM!!! Also beware that the staff are even more rude, unprofessional and condescending than DMV!! They are criminals and actually have a racket going to push you out of contract so Hertz can double and triple charge your account and get away with it. I’m giving them a two star because everything was great the first one then the second one is when the car start having issues.They never answer the phone at this place. you'll hear excuses about how they're 'waiting to receive more cars. I now have a balance on an account of $781. As someone who drives out in Baton Rouge, it’s not convenient to drive here all the time to address issues. I've used this location several times instead of Oakland Airport, I can get in and out quickly and the customer service is much more personalized than Hertz at the airport. The pricing is competitive with the airport and sometimes significantly better. The only draw back (for me) is the amount of electric cars in their fleet, I prefer gas.

Scam. Charged twice in one week, in person, text, and online. Went through BBB and corporate for months. No resolution. Also turned the car in early and still charged for turning it early and for a full week. No damage to the car, nothing. Beware they will double charge even if you go in person and you will not get your money back, even if you complaint at corporate. As a matter fact, they will back date it to a previous.
