Negative first - kiosks at MCO have been removed. After a few long flights, and pressed for time. The last thiing that I want to do is wait on long time consuming lines, in 85degree weather. The counter reps were incredible! Their patients while trying to work through issues was commendable.
It took forever to get out of the parking deck after getting the car because of the long line. Hertz failed to have employees with handheld devices going from car to car to check out their customers. I would never use Hertz at the Orlando airport again.

The team was very helpful, I arrived at the wrong terminal side and they quickly change my reservation around to get me on my way quickly.
