Excellent service!
Very simple, quick, and easy experience. Brand new car with 70 miles. If I had to complain I requested 2 car seats that I had to figure out. Ideally they should be installed beforehand.
Did not have the make and model car I reserved
I like that you don't have to take a shuttle to the cars. I did have a gold reservation but my name was not on the board and the car wasn't ready. Other than waiting a little bit everything was good.
