Car was clean and easy to drive. The rental location was not easy to do the return

I rented the car to drive to Sanford Airport 34 miles away. I filled the gas (1.7 gal) 1 mile before Sanford Airport. I told the attendant that and had the receipt. He told me I was all set. I was charged $13.99 fuel charge on my final bill. I am now fighting that charge. Seems ridiculous to me this happened.
Find this Hertz facility to be very friendly and efficient. Easy access from Terminal A ( no shuttle bus). Car awaits you in a stall with your name on it. Easy ride out of airport. Clean cars.
Absolutely painless. I picked up the car at B and dropped it at A.
