Very disappointed with failure to honor their verbal commitment. I live in Austin and bought an F150 from Hertz Car Sales at Love Field in DFW.. Throughout sales process they will insure you that Hertz has your back and that if anything not flagged or caught in the inspection process comes to light after you drive off the lot they will make it right. This was a very good experience, I wasn't pressured & Eddie was very knowledgeable in what I described would be the best fit for my daughter, Eddie came up with 3 vehicles that would work for us. Highly recommend Eddie Maiden for your next automobile.
