I had such a great car buying experience at hertz. Great customer service and great pricing. Made the process of buying a car easy and fun. Would definitely recommend!

Don't buy a car from here if it still has a manufactures warranty on it and there is no local service center for the brand of car you bought. I bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from them and just found out they will not honor the manufactures warranty on it. I have to drive to the valley if I want my car diagnosed and fixed. They want $109 to even diagnose my car then I'll have to pay out of pocket to have the problem fixed. All while it still has 1year manufacture warranty on it and an extended warranty which I purchased from them when I bought the car. Absolute BS!!!!

I was forced to buy a new vehicle due to a medical issue. Larry and Dan were great, both were patient with me. I left with a Ford Escape...I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes....I hated the Escape, as a lifelong smaller car owner, it was just too big for me. I took it back, no questions asked and Larry and Dan were still nice to me. I now have a Toyota Prius and I couldn't be more happy! I will always buy car from Hertz, good deals, great service and being a Hertz member has advantages!

A friend and neighbor recommended Hertz Auto Sales of Bend after their satisfactory experience. We found the car buying process to be easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure and they got us into the right car that fulfilled our requirements. The after purchase interaction with their service center has been straight forward and timely. I would definitely do business with them again.

I walked through the building multiple times before finding someone. Dan was very helpful and willing to come in on a day off to present a vehicle. However, sales managers make you feel you are a thief if a vehicle does not live up to expectations when presented. Never seen a sales crew not try to accommodate or pursue a sale after a car is not up to par. Yet drill the buyer to the point of tears and not even offer up an insincere apology. Not impressed.
