I was in the market for a newer pickup to replace my aging pickup. Hertz had a good selection of what I was looking for in my price point. Derrick made it very easy for me to take not one but two of the trucks to my own mechanic for a pre purchase once over. Both passed and then I had to decide between the Ford (I love Fords) and the Dodge. Derrick was very patient while I worked through which to choose and went on numerous test drives while I was deciding. I finally chose the Dodge and love it (although I really liked that Ford). If I am in the market for a vehicle again, Hertz will definitely be my first stop! Thanks Hertz and Derrick!

Was very clear to the salesman when I came in . And he didn't listen to me , ended up ruining my credit by their mistakes and fact they can't even listen to a customer and what they want and asked for. so beyond disappointed . I will never buy a car from

my wife and i purchased a car from hertz.When we refinanced the car found out it was worth thousands less than they sold it for . Also car was not ready for pickup when they said it would and the plates we ordered. Were the wrong type and it took 2.5 months to get the plate .Wont buy from them ever again

I was looking for a Toyota RAV4, wanting a car that would last me many years with great gas mileage and be dependable, when my daughter pointed me in the direction of Hertz Car Sales of Bend. That was a great decision for the team of Derrick and Chad treated me very well, they came up with a great financial plan that I am comfortable with.
I would recommend stopping by and chatting with them if you are looking for an auto.
