Coming to Hertz Car Sales in Bend was so easy and a great stop. I was able to get a great running car for almost half the price as some other places want to charge. I was treated very well and I recommend all my friends and family to come here.

Wish I could give no stars. Me and my wife bought a 2016 Dodge Journey From chad green. We asked him if this car has been in a accident he told us NO. We have paperwork from hertz when we signed at the end, there is no car fax ,no information telling us that our car was not in a wreck. And we purchased our car in 2018. So on 7/20/20, we decided to try and trade our car at team Hyundai was excited about a new vehicle, then our sales guy told us that we can not trade your car in because your car Was in an accident airbags deployed, it contained moderate to severe damage to the vehicle. And so now I’m stuck with a lemon car from hertz. And chad from hertz Rushed the signing process on me and my wife so he can get home and take care of his cattle. Do not buy from hertz they sell lemons. It’s sad that you guys have to rush and screw us working people off of a car so you guys can make money....

I spent many months considering a purchase of first a new car, then a used one. During my deliberations I kept a close eye on Hertz Car Sales of Bend because I knew my old clunker of a car was on its last leg. Justin Devenport was very kind and helpful all during my purchase—everyone in the office was nice and supportive; I'll need a new ride so that I can travel to my out-town cancer treatments or drug trials, if and when that happens. I purchased a RAV4 and I am extremely happy: the price, mileage and warranty package were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks everyone!

From the time I walked through the door until I left with my car I was treated like family. I will purchase every car forward with Hertz and will recommend the Bend location to everyone I know. I received the best price, the vehicle was extremely clean. Derrick Shattler (Finance Manager) was extremely professional and made me comfortable with every decision I made. I was even called back after a week, because they managed to save me even more money that when I originally purchased my Jeep.

We stopped in yesterday to look at a Wrangler they had in stock. It checked every box for the features we wanted. We worked with Justin, he was great. We decided to purchase the vehicle and negotiations were easy, no pressure. We were offered additional products but they weren’t pushy. We arrived about 2:30 and were out by 5:30. I spent about an hour going thru the rig, 30 minutes on the test drive, 30 minutes negotiating, and about an hour for financing, detailing, and final wash before we left. Thank you Trevor, Justin, and team.
