Lou was very helpful and not pushy. The car had been washed before I arrived and I was immediately able to take it for a test drive. They let me take the car to a mechanic to get it checked out (I used A&F Auto Services, only cost $40). I got a quote for my APR which seemed a little high but when I came back the next day, they were flexible and able to help me get a lower rate. They did try to sell me a warranty that I did not initially want; this was the only moment that I ever felt the typical stress of buying a car. They ... read more

We bought the vehicle from outofstate and overall was a great experience. The only very minor complaints I have are: 1. Were told paperwork would be overnighted. It wasnt. It was sent 3day express. Didnt get paperwork until last minute on a Friday. 2.Car wasnt cleaned when we arrived for pickup 3. Gas wasnt full at pickup. 4.When we arrived at dealership, we werent asked at all what we were there for, just told to sit and wait. Our salesman was sitting right there. These people lied about the vehicle. They continue to advertise this vehicle even though they say it is no longer available. I was contacted by two different people, using one name. They refused the carfax request, as they no longer had this vehicle. When they admitted this was not available, they invited me to look at the "many other vehicles on the lot." Overall, this had a very slimy feel to it.
They have a great selection and good customer service.
Response time was prompt, and their customer service was outstanding.
