Very disappointed with failure to honor their verbal commitment. I live in Austin and bought an F150 from Hertz Car Sales at Love Field in DFW.. Throughout sales process they will insure you that Hertz has your back and that if anything not flagged or caught in the inspection process comes to light after you drive off the lot they will make it right. Barb was VERY nice, friendly, helpful, professional, straightforward, and straight to the point. A LOT better than the dealership went to the day before! Went to see the SUV the next day but ended up with something newer, and fewer miles on it, WITHOUT any sales pressure and unwanted, unwarranted and unauthorized additional charges...what a breath of fresh air!
