Hertz was easy to deal with and very friendly. They didn't feel like typical used car salesmen. I ended up buying my car from them. There was a slight scuff mark on the door I wish they had mentioned to me because I didn't notice it till after I bought the car so I felt a little taken advantage of but other than that they were a good place to get a car from.

We were contacted the very next morning and as it turned out we were 5 minutes from their location so we were in the car and test driving it not long after we arrived. We went fairly quickly through the purchase and were back on the road with our new vehicle in less than 2 hours.

i had a great experience at hertz
Tried to set up multiple appointments with this dealer but kept getting the same automated message in my email. Eventually just called them and set up an appointment with whoever answered the phone. Showed up to my appointment on time and as we walked in we were glared at. Then we were informed that the person selling the car wasn't there and left for their "break".
