Great
Salesman (Kyle) very knowledgeable, helpful, and very polite. Really enjoyed having him help us. Felt the wait for others to help us buy the car was a little lengthy. Feel the buying process could speed up a bit. Was wishing the car could have had a carwash but with the snowy weather, guess it didn't matter much. But overall very pleased.

4runner they were advertising did not exist. It had no sun roof, no navigation, no leather heated seats. They were unwilling to negotiate on this vehicle. Gave me an insulting trade in price on my car. Got over $2,000 more where I bought a 4runner the next day. I was asked to make an appointment with sales person. When I got there he did not know about the appointment, did not have a clue who I was or what I was looking for even though he had emailed me regarding the 4runner. Short Experience but a good one. This vehicle got sold.
Sales associate Aaron was very nice and laid back. Finance guy was just a bit too much with pushing the extended service time. We had pq done ahead of time, no haggling and it still took about 3 hrs.

What a terrible experience with this place. I drove 2 hours to look at a GMC. Car was ok. Had some dings and dents but nothing crazy.Had interactions with two salesmen and the sales manager. I dislike lazy and careless people. One salesmen was on his phone while there were people waiting. The salesman we were working with was answering texts as we were sitting in front of him.
