Although I did not purchase a vehicle there they were very patient and helpful

We called them back, and tried to set up a viewing for Saturday. They did not return the call, but their website stated they were open on Saturdays, so we stopped in. They ended up being closed, and there was no sign what-so-ever to indicate the reason. We actually ended up going directly across the street to Enterprise, were we actually bought a car the same day, which underscores just how serious our intent to purchase was.
