Good start in the beginning but multiple sales person contacted me without knowing that they have already responded to me. My agent didn't follow up in timely manner and forgot to send my paper work and delayed 2 days. That made me wasted my 1 full day and costed me about $400. Very poor communication. I was helping my mom to buy this car and they accused me of breaking the law. I explained them from the beginning that I am doing this for my mom just because she doesn't speak English. The correspondence started off great, and then they just stopped responding to me with no explanation
Excellent. They had a second 2016 Accent hatchback, and we bought that one. It was the Best Buy among the dozen we considered. Sales consultant Henry Webster Jr. was great to deal with. No pressure for "extras."
