Made an appointment to buy the car that I was approved for and they called me a couple of hours before I was scheduled to be there to let me know that someone else at their office sold the car. They offered to call me back in a day to see if they could possibly help me out with a different car and I never received a call. I ended up buying with a different dealer. They were responsive through the process but dropped the ball at the end.
Good experience! Martin was super helpful. Bought the car and am happy with it.
